Do you work only in Kyiv?
Yes, we work in Kyiv. There is also delivery to Boryspil and Brovary.

If I have bottles from another company, do you exchange them?
Yes, we exchange bottles from other companies, however, the bottles should be suitable for further use (not broken, not scratched ...).

What should I do if I was not home, when the delivery man arrived?
The delivery person can wait at the address for no more than 10 minutes. You need to call back
the ordering department and change the delivery time or reschedule the delivery for the next day. -
Can I pay by card with the delivery person?
No, payment for the delivery of water is made only in cash.

What is the shelf life of your water?
If opene - up to 2 weeks, if closed - we recommend no more than 3 months storage.

Can you give your water to a baby?
According to the generally accepted recommendations, it is recommended to consume bottled water for children from 3 years old, as bottled water is delivered in returnable containers (for
multiple use). Water for babies should be in a container for a single
use, for 100% quality assurance. Also, the water must have
additional quality control. -
What do I do if my cooler is broken or I need to clean it?
Our company does not repair coolers, but we can provide service center phone number: (093) 368-51-52.

If my elevator doesn't work, can you deliver the water?
We would like to inform you that delivery in our company up to the 5th floor is free.
Above the 5th floor, lifting for each additional floor = 25 hryvnia. Or, you can call us when the elevator is working and we deliver the water at a convenient time for you. -
If they brought me water and I noticed that the bottle was damaged and water was flowing from it?
You need to contact our order receiving department, file a complaint and we will replace the damaged bottle for you free of charge at a convenient time for you.

Can you always deliver water in the bottles with handles?
We always try to adhere to the international standards. All over the world the use of bottles with handles is declining - it is due to the difficulties with washing and disinfecting.
